#medalmonday? and ending my #raceevent year on a high with a #halfmarathon PB…taking just over 7minutes off my time and crossing the line in 2.06.38 with @runthroughuk at #oultonpark #runninggrandprix Feel incredibly #proud of myself, especially on such a hilly course! An amazing end to this @lonelygoatrc members 2019 calendar…especially given I started the year still undergoing #chemotherapy for #breastcancer then managed to PB only 2days post #radiotherapy …I've come a long way since that day in May, and all the hard work has paid off. #liveyourdreams #inspire #support #achieve

Finishing of 2019 events with a 10km and a 5km PB at Oulton Park this morning! Very chilly and quite hilly, suprised myself with PB's and finishing in the top 3 females! Really proud of how much my running has come on this year after being injured the majority of last year, thank you @chrisstandidge_totaltri for your guidance! I came first! None of the other cowards even finished so no photo of 2nd & 3rd place I’m afraid. Beat my PB by 3 seconds, which surprised me as it was a tougher course than Aintree, and I was under the illusion that a race track would be flat. #5k #12in12 #running #runninggrandprix

First ever race done ✅ ? I started running again just 6 weeks ago after a few years of only doing the odd 5k to loosen my muscles after leg day. Today I surprised myself and came 13th in my category beating a fair few club runners along the way ? horrible hilly course that I never want to do again but loved it anyway ☺️☺️ sub 2 hour half here we come!! #10krace #halfmarathontraining #runninggrandprix #oultonpark10k
