Impromptu marathon at Goodwood Motor Circuit, 8th place in 3:19 A last minute decision to run this race, I'd decided to take it easy as a training run. I've something I'm currently training big for. After 9 miles of quicker than PB pace I convinced myself to slow down a bit and take it easy. It chucked it down with rain for half the 11×2.4miles lapped race. Still, happy days, I'm pleased with 8th place for a training run.
